A pre-positioned cable tie secures the banner to the base of the arm assembly. The black nylon cable tie resists degradation by ultraviolet light, and lasts much longer than a clear tie. Changing banners is a snap. The ties are easily replaceable, and are available from Banner Man or most home supply stores.
